This past weekend was an absolute whirlwind of energy, inspiration, and pure football passion! I had the incredible privilege of volunteering at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' She Is Football Weekend, an event dedicated to celebrating and empowering women in the sport. From helping behind the scenes to witnessing the magic firsthand on event day, it was an experience I'll never forget. My involvement began the week leading up to the main event, working alongside the events ops team. It was fascinating to see the immense coordination that goes into pulling off something this massive. We were busy mapping out the layout, organizing materials, setting up signage, and tackling last-minute logistics to ensure everything would run smoothly for the hundreds of attendees.
